Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
No-call/no-show appointments may forfeit deposits and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service appointments.

Weather Policy

For mobile or weather-sensitive appointments, safety and quality always come first.

Services may be rescheduled due to:
- Extreme temperatures
- Unsafe working conditions
- High winds or severe weather

If weather conditions affect your appointment, we will contact you as early as possible to coordinate a rescheduled date.

Damage Disclaimer

Throttle & Steam is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or failure of aged components during the detailing process.

This includes but is not limited to:

Oxidized or failing paint
Loose trim or emblems
Brittle plastics
Previously damaged chrome
Weak decals or wraps
Corroded hardware
Electrical issues unrelated to our service

Certain heavily neglected surfaces may reveal imperfections once dirt, oxidation, or buildup is removed.

All motorcycles are inspected prior to service, and any visible concerns may be documented with pictures before work begins.

Heavily Neglected Motorcycles

Motorcycles with excessive buildup, oxidation, grease, corrosion, mold, or long-term neglect may require:

Additional labor
Specialized restoration work
Upgraded service packages
Extended turnaround times

In some cases, a standard package may not be sufficient to achieve desired results. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or recommend higher-level services based on the motorcycle’s condition.

Pricing Variability

All pricing listed on our website is considered a starting price.

Final pricing may vary based on:

Motorcycle size
Level of contamination
Excessive grease or buildup
Pet hair, mold, or bio contamination
Oxidation severity
Custom modifications
Accessibility of surfaces/components
Time required to complete the service

Exact pricing will be confirmed during inspection or estimate approval.

Deposit Policy

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits help secure your appointment time and cover reserved labor scheduling.

Deposits may be required for:

Revival / Showroom Packages
Large touring motorcycles
Multi-bike appointments
Specialty restoration services

Deposits are applied toward the final invoice total.
